Outpatient Counseling
The Outpatient Counseling Program offers support to those in the community with mental health concerns. All too often mental health struggles go untreated or undiagnosed. It is the goal of outpatient counseling to encourage treatment and provide hope and assistance to those seeking help with their mental health needs.
These may include but are not limited to:
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Stress
- Struggling with Anger
- PTSD
- Bipolar I and II
Integrated Healthcare
The Integrated Healthcare Program is a Primary Care and Medication Assisted Therapy Clinic that provides treatment that works alongside mental health diagnoses. Integrated Healthcare provides medical health services for routine medical care, preventative care and medical attention for illnesses, including a broad level of care.
Services May Include:
- Annual Physicals
- Laboratory Testing
- Health Screenings
- Medical Treatment
- Referrals
